Following that, Joan Goshgarian of NH Business Committee for the arts will introduce both Taylor Caswell, the new Commissioner for Business and Economic Affairs, and Jeff Rose, the new Commissioner for Cultural & Natural resources. Both will share their visions for the new departments. There will be an exhibit curated by McGowan Fine Art Gallery.
