ARE YOU AWESOME ?? 
Fast-growing, spirited Construction Management / Design Build firm, based in southern New Hampshire, is seeking to add to our already amazing team! 

1) ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER/PROJECT MANAGER
2) CARPENTER
3) LABORER

ASSISTANT PM / PM Responsibilities: (not limited to)
• Assist in all aspects of a project from bidding to planning to implementation
• Assist PM and Superintendents
• Interface with project inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, municipal and state officials, and owners
• Maintain high standards that adhere to our company culture
• Positive Attitude!
Qualifications:
• Degree in Construction Management or related fields advantageous but not mandatory
• 1-5 years’ previous experience in Construction Management 
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Experience using Sage/Timberline, Project Management & Project Scheduling software preferred
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented

CARPENTER:
Must have experience with reading plans, layout, rough and finish carpentry.

LABORER:
Willing to train hardworking individual who would like to start a career in construction.

ALL Positions require valid NH driver’s license and reliable transportation; must be willing to travel throughout NH.
OSHA 10 / Osha 30 card preferred. Drug testing and criminal records check may be required.
